Avenue PR, Paris has a very exciting new client, Elisabeth Visoanska. Elisabeth launched her eponymous skincare line, Visoanska in July 2008. Available today in Paris, Monaco and Spain, this exclusive line hits stateside this Fall.

I’ve been using it for only 3 short weeks and I’ve been asked if I am pregnant ( not, by the way, just have glowing skin). Am I drinking more water? Doing something different?? Yes, I am ! As a former VOGUE staffer, I am particularly looking forward to seeing The September Issue, a documentary by RJ Cutler about the making of the September 2007 issue of Vogue. Filming in the Vogue offices for eight months and condensing 300 hours of footage proved to be quite the assignment for Cutler. Grace Coddington apparently told him to “go away.” Not fun.

Happily making appearances however were Anna Wintour’s daughter Bee Shaffer,  designers Karl Lagerfeld, Thakoon Panichgul, Nicolas Ghesquiere and of course, Anna herself who supported the project so much that she even attended the screening at Sundance.

My dear friend Aimée Swaton has a new website! Aimée, who is not only a mom of three and beautiful wife, is a talented artist who recently started her own company called Portrait of Your Home. Like the painting above, Aimee’s works are done in a style that evokes freshness and femininity which captures the soul of the striking homes she paints. The elegance these paintings exude comes from the inspiration she finds in the textures and authenticity of the materials whether high-tech or with the patina of centuries of history. Aimée splits her time between Paris and Marseilles with frequent visits to her childhood home in Jamaica.

Nicole Kidman stopped by my favorite hotel in the world this week….. Le Georges V, bien sur. Madame Kidman is in Paris with her husband Keith Urban and co-star Hugh Jackman promoting their latest film, “Australia.” I have not seen it yet, but considering the fact that I’m still obsessed with “Moulin Rouge”…….

I can’t help it. I just can’t help it. Daniel Craig is now my favorite James Bond. I’ve been pretty faithful over the years to Sean, but …. I’m going on record today, casting my vote for Daniel Craig. And just to validate my decision, I watched Layer Cake last night. So, I just have to wonder…. do 37 year old Mom’s get to audition to be the next Bond girl? Oh, well. Never hurts to ask………….I’ll probably go see Quantum of Solace again if anyone wants to go with me???
